An interesting project for our client who contacted us to create a concept, layout and full #interiordesign for his Perfume Shop, which will be located in a limited 20 sqm space.

To give a warm and luxurious feel we decided to use light wood material with a mixture of yellow gold stainless elements along with white marble material that was used for a partial floor area and the cashier counter.

🌿𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗤𝗨𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦🌿

อีกหนึ่งโปรเจคงานออกแบบตกแต่งที่น่าสนใจสำหรับเรา โดยทางลูกค้าได้ติดต่อเราเพื่อให้เราวางแผนตั้งแต่รูปแบบคอนเซ็ปต์ของงาน การวางแผนผัง ไปจนถึงการออกแบบตกแต่งภายในของร้านน้ำหอม ซึ่งมีขนาดพื้นที่เพียง 20 ตารางเมตร

โดยการออกแบบเพื่อให้เข้าถึงความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและหรูหรานั้น เราตัดสินใจใช้วัสดุจากไม้โทนสีอ่อน ผสมกับวัสดุแสตนเลสสีเหลืองทอง รวมไปถึงการใช้หินอ่อนสีขาวแซมในบริเวณพื้นและในส่วนของเคาน์เตอร์แคชเชียร์ด้วย

> ออกแบบพื้นที่ขนาดเล็กเพียง 20 ตารางเมตรให้โดดเด่น

An Overseas Client who purchased a 2 bedroom #condominium with an amazing view with a Resort Style. Loose #furniture that would cover the needs of daily life were provided by the developer, but the furniture didn’t really provide a #luxury #cozy look for his holiday home.

After long thought and consideration of the possibilities of how to make it better on his own, the client finally realized that he needed our help to handle it professionally while he is busy in #HongKong.

ลูกค้าของเราในโปรเจคนี้เป็นชาวต่างชาติ ซึ่งได้ซื้อคอนโดมิเนียมสไตล์รีสอร์ท ตกแต่งพร้อมเข้าอยู่ขนาด 2 ห้องนอน แต่ลูกค้าของเรารู้สึกว่าการตกแต่งที่ทางโครงการนำเสนอไว้นั้น ไม่ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ที่ต้องการให้คอนโดนิเนียมชุดนี้เป็นบ้านพักตากอากาศที่หรูหราและสะดวกสบาย

ลูกค้าได้ติดต่อเราให้เข้ามาดูแลโปรเจคออกแบบตกแต่งภายในนี้ ด้วยเห็นว่าตารางเวลางานที่วุ่นวายในฮ่องกงของลูกค้า ทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้ามาควบคุมดูแลงานตกแต่งได้ด้วยตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามต้องการ

This #interiordesign project spanned across a large area, so the team decided to use a dark color tone from dark and black oak throughout entire space to create feelings of strength and credibility. The color scheme was contrasted by light color walls with rustic surfaces and other elements such as stones, leather, carpet, and light fabric on the #furniture to brighten up the whole atmosphere. Copper-colored #stainlesssteel was introduced throughout the area as well as the use of shiny material #lamps to give the space a luxurious effect. The lighting system in all the rooms can be customized when needed to change the atmosphere into an #office; living room, dining room, meeting room, and karaoke room.

การตกแต่งบ้านหลังนี้ ด้วยความที่เนื้อที่บ้านมีขนาดใหญ่ เราจึงคุมโทนสีในการตกแต่งเป็นโทนสีเข้มเพื่อเน้นความเชื่อถือ ด้วยวัสดุจากไม้สีโอ๊คเข้ม สีดำ ตัดกับโทนสีอ่อนของผนังที่ฉาบแบบไม่เรียบ และวัสดุ เช่นหิน หนัง พรม ผ้า สีอ่อนของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัว เพื่อให้ภาพรวมของบ้านดูไม่มืด และทึบจนเกินไป เพิ่มลูกเล่น และความโดดเด่นด้วยการเลือกใช้เส้นสแตนเลสสีทองแดง ซึ่งเป็นสีที่ดูให้ความแปลกใหม่ ทำให้พื้นที่ในแต่ละส่วนดูหรูหรามากยิ่งขึ้น การเลือกใช้โคมไฟที่เน้นวัสดุมันเงา และแวววาว ในการตกแต่งแต่ละส่วนเพื่อเพิ่มความน่าสนใจให้กับห้องยิ่งขึ้น พื้นที่ public ในแต่ละส่วน เช่น ห้องรับแขก ทานข้าว ทำงาน รวมไปถึงห้องคาราโอเกะ ทางเรามีการดีไซน์ฟังก์ชั่นในแต่ละพื้นที่ให้สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนเป็นพื้นที่ประชุมได้ในทุกส่วน โดยคำนึงถึงการใช้แสงไฟ ซึ่งจะเป็นระบบปรับเปลี่ยนสีของหลอดไฟได้ทั้งหลัง เพื่อให้สามารถเลือกใช้แสงให้เหมาะกับการใช้งาน

Interesting Project, one of the unique Townhome projects located in the downtown area of Bangkok. At the initial stage we had an empty 3 storey property with very simple and basic finishing materials from the developer, which were much too basic and did not have a cozy feeling at all.
